Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects, facing StoreDot’s top customers (EV car makers from all over the globe) executing StoreDot’s business initiatives.
- Build, establish and manage project timelines, scopes, and objectives to meet business targets.
- Work closely with RnD, Engineering and operational teams and stakeholders within the company, ensuring technical feasibility and coordinating assignments, to deliver and meet timelines.
- Measure and present project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Ideal candidate should have an enabling mindset, able to work with and through people to simplify challenges and achieve goals.
- Reports to Director of Business development.
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
Must:
- BSc in industrial engineering (preferred) or relevant Engineering fields with proven experience in project management .
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a project management role working with multidisciplinary teams in a technological environment.
- Fluently experienced working with project management software to build and monitor projects.
- Proficient in risk management methodology to ensure a feasible and comprehensive project plan.
- English – Fluent at high level, both written and spoken.
- Execution driven individual with a "pusher" mentality.
- Works independently to achieve goals.
- Strong personal and communication skills, with an ability to drive colleagues to execution.
