We are looking for a beginner Bookkeeper, type 1 or 2, for a Part-time position (50%).

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Registration and handling of vendor invoices
  • Conducting reconciliation of the company's vendors
  • On-going work with the company's Purchasing Department
  • Monthly, quarterly, and annual closures
  • Report to the Accounting Manager

 

‍To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

  • 1-2 years of supplier accounting experience.
  • High MS Office proficiency, especially with Excel functions.
  • Must be opened-minded, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • High-level English
  • Experience working with Priority - an advantage
