We are looking for a beginner Bookkeeper, type 1 or 2, for a Part-time position (50%).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Registration and handling of vendor invoices
- Conducting reconciliation of the company's vendors
- On-going work with the company's Purchasing Department
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual closures
- Report to the Accounting Manager
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
- 1-2 years of supplier accounting experience.
- High MS Office proficiency, especially with Excel functions.
- Must be opened-minded, with excellent interpersonal skills
- High-level English
- Experience working with Priority - an advantage
