In this position, you will be assembling Li-ion cells for validation- full process from start to finish- electrode production, assembly, and testing.
Help maintain and operate lab equipment and assist in monitoring the process steps.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Major tasks:
- Carry out various lab work with high attention to details
- Executing daily work-plans in coin cell assembly:
- Li-ion cell component processing
- Li-ion cell assembly
- Li-ion cell handling and testing
- Communicating/ flagging process issues
- Organizing lab equipment and working stations
- Cell yield analysis – disassemble pouch cells for examination
- Work with database and excel
Additional tasks:
- Documentation of data
- Cutting and weighting electrodes for bank
