In this position, you will be part of the team developing the first fast charge /high energy lithium battery for electronic devices and Electric Vehicles.
You will develop, perform and analyze in-line quality checks of the wet process of electrode preparation.
Description and Responsibilities
Working in a pilot production lab
Performing QC tests during the wet process (in-line testing)
Developing new tests to evaluate the electrodes quality
Handling and documenting data
Analyze QC results, perform cross-correlation between different tests and provide profound conclusions.
To perform the job successfully
Bachelor or Master degree in the following disciplines: Chemical engineering/Material engineering
Previous knowledge in the following research fields: rheology, surface tension, substrate adhesion, coating and layer application- is a must.
At least 5 years experience working in manufacturing or QC production.
Experience in operating and/or analyzing results of the following measurements (methods): rheometery, tensiometery, pealing tests, dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA), SEM – an advantage.
A team player with excellent social skills- is a must
